The reason pasta tastes better in Italy is that it’s been dried slowly and retains some of the flavor and texture of the semolina flour wheat flour etc has no pesticides. The food is clean in Italy.

Recipe for Lemon Pasta, tagliatelle, fresh basil,lemons around 3, butter, grated Parma, salt and pepper to taste
Cook pasta drain and reserve about a cup of pasta water, melt butter in a pan as much as you like probably 1/2 a stick up to a whole stick depending on how much pasta I never measure, add the juice of 3 lemons, add pasta and and reserved pasta water, add basil and salt and pepper serve .. this is a very simple and light tasting pasta serve with a glass of chilled Pinot Grigio …
