French Style
Gracious Interiors
French country can be romantic, gracious, and very charming.
Blue and white China is a very important part of French charm, depicting the French country side, sunny beautiful pastures. Beautiful blue and white dishes mixed with lovely cream colored cabbage shaped dishes as an accent, would add to a lovely table scape with added blue and white vases filled with lovely roses and chrysanthemums.
Kitchens are always adorned with lovely copper pans and strainers and different shaped wooden boards that hold homemade brioche loaf, quiche Lorraine, and oh my favorite chocolate soufflé.
China and crystal should always be on display, my personal opinion I love my China mismatched adds so much more depth to your table scape.
Nothing like something old added to your decor it’s respecting time and how lovely to throw in a few pieces of antique furniture a China cabinet, a chair an old sideboard.
Lace and fine French linens are a must have and added to your everyday decor.

Not my style, I'm more less is more kind of gal.
Too frilly for me Halina. Love flowers but preferably in the garden or just a few in a vase. I love the Cornish blue and white, clean and functional, and reminiscent of the seaside, beach, sea, pebbles, shells that evokes a feeling in me of everything being all right with the world, peace and serenity, with a slight breeze moving my hair, and yet a stillness……………….It’s such a good job we don’t all like the same things, my god the world would be a boring place🤪🤭
